The Table M#01 Project was the reflection and design for a tool/table concept, designed to be used as a stage in haute cuisine restoration. Today it is a proven fact in the Restaurant of Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, which with its use helps to expand the limits of creativity of their proposals.
